Beginning Quilting

This class is designed to teach you the basics of quilting: Picking fabric, cutting, piecing the top. You will make the top in class. A variety of methods of quilting the 3 layers will be discussed in class.

thread (cotton 50 weight)
Piecing needle 75/11 universal
rotary cutter/ruler & mat
scissors
iron & pressing pad
best press

(*We have irons, pressing mats, rotary cutters, rulers & mats to use in class. You will need your own set to complete the blocks that need to be done at home)
