Learn the basics of quilting: fabric, thread and needle selection. How to prepare the fabric, cut and piece & press accurately. No sashings or borders will be used on this quilt, only simple block assembly. This class will focus on the basics of making a SIMPLE quilt and quilting it with your own table-top machine. No separate binding is necessary. The backing will be used as the wrap-around binding. You can follow this class up with our very popular class Borders and Bindings. Some home-work will be required.
