This class is for those who have just purchased a Singer, Husqvarna-Viking or Pfaff sewing or embroidery machine. Learn to use advanced features of your sewing machine such as seams for different fabric types and weight, blind hem, buttonholes, sewing on stretch fabrics, denim hems, programming.

This class is for the beginner or those who want to get back into quilting and have a refresher. Don't have lots of time to take a class, this is the right one for you! We will make a table-runner, placemats or "MINI" quilt and learn all the steps required like: Cutting, pressing, piecing, quilting & wrap-around binding! This is a quick project to help you learn or review quilting techniques!

This class is to help the confident beginner read a pattern, make the pattern that fits them, cut the fabric and sew the project. For women we will focus on fitted shirts and dresses. For the men, we will focus on tops. Patterns can be chosen from patterns available at the store or patterns available on the internet (see Melissa prior to ordering anything on the web.). Buttonholes and zippers are allowed on these projects. Please see Melissa prior to the class to find your pattern and fabric. This class is NOT for stretch fabrics.
