Community Activites and Support
The Sewing Circle maintains a philosophy of giving back to the community.
We work with Girl & Boy scouting groups and small home school groups to learn sewing. Most often these small groups are done free as part of our support of our young learners. If you have a group that you think we can help, please contact Melissa at 970-672-2147 and see if we can help your group learn how much fun sewing can be!

---------------------------------------- Royal Family Kids Camp - In the state of Colorado there are approximately 1,235 children, ages 6-12 in the foster care system. Royal Family KIDS currently has 8 Camps and 4 Clubs in Colorado serving these children. The average camp serves 45-50 children each summer. Our group helps by collecting twin sized homemade NEW quilts for the children to keep. Each child will receive a NEW quilt on their bed that they will take home at the end of camp. If you have questions, contact one of the coordinators. |
