Binding Clinics #2: Scallops
Learn to create a scallop binding that will add interest to your quilts!
Supplies:
**Please make sure your "mini-panel quilt with border" is completed with quilting prior to class.
Supplies:
- Small Panel Quilt (with 3" border all the way around) -Quilted any way you like
- 1/2 yard fabric for binding (un-cut
- cutting mat/ruler/rotary cutter
- thread snips
- 1/4" foot
- 90 quilting needle
- 50 weight aurifil thread to match (or similar)
- pins or preferred clips
- 1/4" quilting tape (see store for details- not required but highly recommended)
- mini-scallop or scallop ruler (see store for details)
- straight edge 12-24" ruler
