Learn how to use your serger for more than rolled edges and seams! Each quarter we will utilize a different technique and help you think of ways to do more with your serger.

Supplies:

•        1.5-2 yds 4-way stretch fabric with at least 50% stretch horizontally and vertically with good recovery.  Look for spandex or lycra in the content (we have some good selections at the store.)
•        Serger with 4 thread overcast
•        Scissors
•        2 yds pattern ease
•        Thread to match fabric (won’t be seen)
•        Pins or clips
•        Marking pen
•        Optional:  hem tape
•        Optional: ¼” elastic
• ****Pattern will be available at class:  We are using the FREE patterns for pirates pattern.
