37½" x 45½" - 8" block
Supplies:
- Pattern (provided as part of your class fee)
- Fabric as described on pattern
- Sewing machine in good working order
- 1/4" foot and regular foot ( A foot on Pfaff).
- New 80/12 Universal needle
- matching cotton thread.
- Wool pressing mat
- travel iron
- Roxanne's Glue Baste it
- Pins
- Scissors
- Rotary cutter
- Rotary cutting ruler (long)
- Rotary cutting mats & pressing stations with irons are available for use in the classroom.
Wednesday, November 11, 12:30 to 4:30
Students need to have fabric chosen and cut according to the chart on page 1 of pattern.
In class we will be constructing 2 Unit A,s and 2 Unit B,s, 1 star block. Home work is to finish constructing the blocks.
Wednesday, November 18, 12:30 to 4:30 Goal is to construct the top.
