• NEW 80/12 universal needle
• 1/2 yd fabric for dress
• 1/2 yd for pinafore
• baby rickrack (optional)
• 6" of 3/4" wide sew in velcro or small sew-in snaps
• 15" of 1/4" elastic
• 1 package 1/2" wide single fold bias tape (white or color matching dress fabric)
• All-purpose thread to match
• Scissors
