Make your own Collage Pattern
Your OWN Collage
Take some time to step out of your comfort zone and create something unique!
Maybe it is an idea in your mind, or a picture you love, or start with a pattern and change it to add something of yourself. You get to choose what to create with fabric.
A basic understanding of how to collage would be helpful for this class, so if you have never tried collage, we recommend that you take Basic Collage Class first.
Supplies
The amounts of the items listed are determined by the size of your collage. We have all of these items in the store and they can be purchased during class.
Pattern ease
- Steam a Seam 2 (Recommend) or Soft-fuse
- Pattern Ease (1-2 yds) depending on size of project
- Fabrics for your collage
- Small scissors - recommend Karen Buckley scissors with blue handle.
- Iron and Ironing surface
- Pens/pencils for drawing
- Rotary cutter, mat, ruler
- Applique pressing sheet
This class will produce the top of the quilt only. Quilting will be discussed.
