Singer/Viking & PFAFF Warranty service:

• ALL machines checked in for service, will be cleaned & tuned, unless you specifically request for it not to be done. Also, all machines with non-working cutting mechanisms or threaders will be repaired, unless you request for it NOT to be done.
• If you bought your machine from The Sewing Circle - Your first year of labor and any parts is FREE - covered by US!
• If you bought your machine at another store and you have brought it in for warranty service, please note, it will be cleaned and tuned in order to verify our service is working correctly. Your labor is NOT warranted if you purchased it elsewhere.
• If your machine is over 1 year old, labor will be charged for ANY service. Warranties only cover the parts.  

Your machine service labor has a 30 Day warranty from the pickup date on all service. Please take your machine home and sew on it right away to assure that your machine is in good working order.

Not sure if you should fix that older machine?  We will investigate the problem for $50 (bench fee) and apply this to the service if you choose to continue to have it serviced. If it is un-serviceable, we will also apply this to the purchase of a NEW machine. You get the safety of a working machine either way.
